Berry Shortcakes

Quick recipe of Berry Shortcakes. Made from real homemade whipped cream with Québon cream and garnished with a coulis, berries and fresh mint leaves.

  • 6 individual sponge cake shells
  • 500 mL (2 cups) 35% M.F. Québon Ultra’cream Whipping Cream
  • Fresh berries
  • Coulis or chocolate sauce
  • Fresh mint leaves
  1. Whip cream and divide evenly among cake shells.
  2. Arrange berries over whipped cream.
  3. Decorate plates with a coulis or chocolate sauce, and fresh mint leaves.
  4. Serve immediately.
