CONTEST – LE LAIT (the “Contest”)
From July 30 To August 1st, 2025
ORGANIZER
The Contest is organized and administered by Agropur Cooperative (the “Organizer”). The Organizer is responsible for the Contest, its organization, and the enforcement of these official rules (collectively, the “Rules”).
CONTEST PERIOD
The Contest will take place during the following period (the “Contest Period”):
- Start Date: July 30, 2025, at 4:00:00 PM (ET)
- End Date: August 1, 2025, at 11:59:59 PM (ET)
By entering the Contest, participants (each a “Participant”, collectively the “Participants”) have a chance to win a Prize (as defined below), in accordance with these Rules. Participation in the Contest constitutes acceptance of these Rules.
- ELIGIBILITY
The Contest is open to all residents of Quebec who have reached the age of majority in their province of residence at the time of entry.
Excluded from eligibility are employees, directors, officers, agents, and representatives of the Organizer, as well as prize, goods, and service providers related to the Contest, and their immediate family members (siblings, children, parents), legal or common-law spouses, and anyone with whom they reside.
2. HOW TO ENTER / NO PURCHASE NECESSARY
No purchase is necessary to enter the Contest. A purchase does not increase chances of winning.
2.1 To enter:
- Visit Instagram at www.instagram.com or log in via the Instagram app (on mobile or tablet).
- Log in using your username and password. If you don’t have an account, create one by entering your full name, mobile number or email address, a username, and a password. Click “Sign Up.” No fees apply.
- Visit the Instagram account @le.ouest.
- Find the static post announcing the Contest, tag two (2) friends in the comments, and indicate your desired t-shirt size.
Ten (10) winners will be selected from all eligible entries across Quebec.
Cookies must be enabled to participate.
2.2 Entry Limits
Participants must:
- Use a valid email address to create their Instagram account.
- Use the same Instagram account and email address throughout the Contest Period.
Using more than one (1) Instagram account or email address will result in automatic disqualification. All accounts created by the same Participant will be disqualified.
2.3 Assumption
Any account created will be deemed to belong to the holder of the email address used. Commenting or liking the post on @le.ouest implies acceptance of the Contest Rules.
3. PRIZE DESCRIPTION
Ten (10) prizes will be randomly drawn during the Contest, with one (1) prize awarded to a Quebec resident.
Each prize includes:
- One (1) “LAIT” t-shirt from the LE LAIT Collection by OUEST,
- Four (4) 473mL Québon milk pouches,
- Two (2) Québon glasses.
Approximate retail value: $80 CAD per prize.
Total prize value: $800 CAD.
The Organizer reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the described prize cannot be awarded for any reason, without liability.
Limit: One (1) prize per person and per household during the Contest Period.
4. DRAW
- Draw Date: August 2, 2025
- Time: 11:59 AM (ET)
- Location: OUEST, 9494 boul. Saint-Laurent, Suite 1015, Montreal, QC, H2N 1P4
Draw Details: Ten (10) eligible entries (all from Quebec) will be randomly selected from all valid entries received during the Contest Period, based on the availability of t-shirt sizes in inventory. Each selected Participant will be awarded one (1) prize.
4.1 Odds of Winning
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Contest Period and the availability of t-shirt sizes in inventory at the time of the draw.
4.2 Official Time
The Organizer’s servers are the official timekeeping devices for the Contest.
5. PRIZE CLAIM CONDITIONS
To be declared a winner, a selected Participant must:
- Meet all eligibility and entry requirements.
- Be contacted via Instagram direct message within ten (10) days of selection.
- Complete and return a Declaration and Release Form within ten (10) days of receipt, and provide valid photo ID upon request.
Prizes will be mailed within 1 to 3 weeks after confirmation using the contact details provided.
Failure to comply with any of the above conditions will result in disqualification. The Organizer may then cancel the prize or conduct a new draw.
The Organizer assumes no responsibility once the prize is shipped. Winners bear the risk of loss or damage. No warranties are provided regarding the prize.
6. GENERAL CONDITIONS
6.1 Verification
Declaration Forms are subject to verification and approval by the Organizer and/or the Contest Administrator. Any Declaration Form that is incomplete, illegible, damaged, fraudulent, late, contains an invalid email address or phone number, lacks the correct answer to the mathematical skill-testing question, or is otherwise non-compliant may be rejected and will not entitle the Participant to an entry or a prize.
6.2 Disqualification
The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify any person or cancel one or more of their entries if they attempt to participate in the Contest using a method contrary to these Rules or deemed unfair to other Participants (e.g., exceeding the permitted number of entries). Such individuals may be reported to the appropriate legal authorities.
6.3 Contest Disruption
Any attempt to sabotage the legitimate operation of the Contest or damage any website or social media account related to the Contest is a violation of civil and criminal law. If such actions occur, the Organizer reserves the right to reject the Participant’s entries and seek legal remedies.
6.4 Prize Acceptance
All prizes must be accepted as described in these Rules and may not be transferred, substituted, or exchanged for cash, except as provided below.
6.5 Prize Substitution
If it becomes impossible, difficult, or more costly for the Organizer to award a prize (or part of a prize) as described, the Organizer reserves the right to substitute it with a prize (or part thereof) of the same nature and equivalent value or, at its sole discretion, the monetary value indicated in these Rules.
6.6 Limitation of Liability – Use of Prize
By participating in the Contest, any selected Participant releases the Organizer, its affiliates, employees, directors, officers, representatives, and agents (the “Beneficiaries”) from any liability for damages resulting from the acceptance or use of the prize.
6.7 Limitation of Liability – Prize Providers
Any selected Participant acknowledges that, upon delivery of the prize, all obligations related to it become the responsibility of the service and product providers.
6.8 Limitation of Liability – Contest Operation
The Beneficiaries are not responsible for any event that may limit or prevent participation in the Contest. They are not liable for any malfunction of computer components, software, communication lines, or network issues that may affect participation. They are also not responsible for any damage or loss caused by downloading any web page, software, or transmitting Contest-related information.
6.9 Website Functionality
The Organizer does not guarantee that the Contest website or any related site will be accessible or error-free throughout the Contest Period.
6.10 Contest Modification
The Organizer reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Contest, in whole or in part, if any event or human intervention affects the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Contest.
6.11 Early Termination
If it becomes impossible to record all entries during the Contest Period for any reason, or if participation must end early, the Organizer may, at its discretion, conduct the draw from the entries received up to the date of termination.
6.12 Prize Limit
Under no circumstances shall the Organizer be required to award more prizes than those described in these Rules.
6.13 Limitation of Liability – Participation
By participating or attempting to participate in the Contest, all individuals release the Beneficiaries from any damages they may suffer as a result.
6.14 Authorization
By accepting a prize, each selected Participant authorizes the Organizer and its representatives to use their name, photo, image, voice, place of residence, and/or statements about the prize for advertising purposes without compensation.
6.15 Participant Communication
No communication will be exchanged with Participants except as provided in these Rules or initiated by the Organizer.
6.16 Personal Information
Personal information collected will only be used to administer the Contest. No unrelated commercial communication will be sent unless the Participant has consented. By entering, each Participant consents to the Organizer storing, sharing, and using their personal information for Contest administration, in accordance with the Organizer’s Privacy Policy.
6.17 Ownership
Declaration Forms become the property of the Organizer and will not be returned.
6.18 Participant Identification
For the purposes of these Rules, the Participant is the person named on the Declaration Form. If a dispute arises, the authorized account holder of the submitted email address will be deemed the Participant.
6.19 Organizer’s Decisions
All decisions of the Organizer or its representatives regarding the Contest are final and binding.
6.20 Severability
If any paragraph of these Rules is deemed illegal or unenforceable, it will be considered void, but the remaining paragraphs will remain in effect to the extent permitted by law.
6.21 Rules Availability

6.22 Language
In the event of a discrepancy between the French and English versions of these Rules, the French version shall prevail.
BY PARTICIPATING IN THIS CONTEST, PARTICIPANTS ACKNOWLEDGE THAT THEY HAVE READ AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE RULES.
