Ingredients

Dijon Cream Sauce

  • 1/2 cup (125 mL) 15% M.F. Québon Ultra’cream Cooking Cream
  • 1 cup (250 mL) sour cream
  • 1/2 cup (125 mL) mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp (30 mL) Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp (15 mL) prepared mustard
  • 1 tbsp (15 mL) lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper

Ketchup Cream Sauce

  •  1/2 cup (125 mL) 15% M.F. Québon Ultra’cream Cooking Cream
  • 1/2 cup (125 mL) sour cream
  • 1/2 cup (125 mL) mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup (125 mL) tomato ketchup
  • 1/2 cup (125 mL) chili sauce
  • Salt and pepper

Tarter Cream Sauce

  • 1/2 cup (125 mL) 15% M.F. Québon Ultra’cream Cooking Cream
  • 1 cup (250 mL) sour cream
  • 1/2 cup (125 mL) mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp (15 mL) chopped capers
  • 5 tbsp (75 mL) relish
  • Salt and pepper
Preparation
  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Cover and refrigerate until serving.
